Hana (Miyu Ogawa), an 18-year-old girl who grew up in a house for children with no family surrounded by the great outdoors, is in her last summer of living there. An 8-year-old girl named Harumi comes to live there. As Hana reminiscences about her past and comparing it to spending time with Harumi, she begins to develop feelings that she has never had before.

When she was a high school student, she started her career as a filmmaker and actress after filming a school event and showing it in the school. Three short and medium-length films she made as a university student were selected for various film festivals in Japan. In addition, the films Innocent 15 and The Sacrament, in which she starred, were much talked about at film festivals in Japan and abroad. In recent years, while appearing in TV dramas and films as an actress and working as a filmmaker, her activities have expanded to include writing film columns and novels. She is a young creator with a promising future.
